Activity doesn't have to be strenuous to be beneficial for older people...

A new report indicates that just doing chores and other mundane activities around the house 'translates into a 50% reduction in the mortality' in adults aged 72-80. Read more about it in a U.S.News article by Lindsey Tanner here.
